Of course. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. There, you can access the order tracking page to check the shipping status.


Another way to check your shipping status is by going to Account > Order History > See tracking.

If the "See tracking" button is disabled, this means the fulfillment process hasn't been completed yet. As soon as the order has been successfully fulfilled, the button will become available.

  • Fulfillment and quality control take between 2-7 business days on top of the shipping time depending on our order volume.
  • The average shipping time is 11 business days. However, in some international shipping destinations, it might take up to 14-20 business days.
  • The shipping destinations below may experience a faster average shipping time.
