Our couriers will attempt to deliver the order to your shipping address several times.
If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to our facility and we will contact you for an updated shipping address. Please note that we offer free of charge reshipping for the first time your order has been returned to us. If the reshipping attempt fails and your order is returned to our facility for the second time and up, you are responsible for the reshipping cost of the next delivery.
In case your order is sent back to our facility and we have not heard back from you on the updated shipping address within 14 days of initial contact (not counting follow-ups), we will issue a partial refund to you. This is due to the already incurred operations, fulfillment, and shipping costs. Once the partial refund has been processed, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund or replacement.
