1. Contact our customer care crew within 24 hours of making a purchase.

2. Tell our customer care crew your (1) order number and (2) registered email address (3) New delivery address.

Important notes

Within 24 hours of purchase, if you don't let us know about your incorrect shipping address, the order will be processed, fulfilled, and shipped to the address you originally entered.
