1. It is possible that your delivery is simply delayed. We advise you to wait for at least 3-5 days from the initial estimated receipt date. Your order might show up by then.
  2. If the tracking number page shows the shipping status as completed and you still haven't gotten the order or couldn't find it, please promptly contact the courier on the location of your order.
  3. If you still couldn't locate your order after following the above instructions, contact our customer care crew within 14 days of the estimated receipt date shown on the order tracking page. We'll try to assist you as best as we can.
