If your payment failed or your card has been declined, we recommend that you do the following:


  1. Check that all the input fields are correct: name, card number, expiration date, cvc
  2. Check that your payment card is not expired.
  3. If you already checked (1) and (2), try contacting your card-issuing bank. They can tell you why your card has been declined. In case your card-issuing bank blocks the payment, you can also ask them to unblock it.

    Due to our limitations, we cannot see the reasons why your card has been declined, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
