Request for refund shouldn't take more than 5 business days for us to review and respond.

After your refund request has been approved, we will issue a full refund immediately and the fund will be sent back to the bank that issued your debit/credit card. It is then up to the bank's process and responsibility to post the fund. Please note that the processing time varies between card-issuing banks.

  • Debit card issuing-banks usually process the refunded amount between 5-10 business days.
  • Credit card issuing-banks usually process the refunded amount in their next billing cycle.

We advise you to contact your bank if you still haven't received the refunded amount or wish to expedite the processing time.
